When you obtain any of the cloud hosting solutions that we provide, you could leverage the backup feature provided with our plans by default and at no extra cost. We'll set up a copy of your files and databases not once, but at least four times per day, so any time a problem shows up on your site for whatever reason, we can quickly restore everything, and in the worst case scenario, your site will be restored the way it was only some hours ago. There are 2 ways for a backup to be restored - you could contact us using a support ticket and we will do what’s required on our end inside an hour, or you could directly copy the information from the backup to the live site folder from the File Manager section of the Hepsia hosting CP, in which you will find each of the backups that have been set up listed in chronological order.
Daily Data Back-up in Semi-dedicated Servers
All our semi-dedicated servers provide everyday content backups by default. This function will allow you to work on your websites and never having to worry if something can go wrong, since our system produces a new backup every several hours over a seven-day period, so a new backup does not overwrite an earlier one. Restoring the content is super easy and will take a few minutes - you can either use a support ticket and mention the date of the backup you want to be restored, or you may just copy the backed-up files, due to the fact that they'll be available in read-only folders inside the File Manager section of your hosting CP. Every single backup folder contains the exact time and date it was made in its name, so you could swiftly locate and copy the content you require, even when you don't have any preceding experience with this type of matters.
