Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a few mouse clicks if you use a Linux cloud hosting plan from us. You can do this via the Emails part of our in-house built Hepsia Control Panel where one can see your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You may either pick an email address and click on the auto-responder button or simply right-click and choose the feature in the context menu which will appear. All you have to do will be to enter the text you want to be sent as the automatic reply and save the change. You can enter any text you need and modifying or disabling the auto-responder function can be just as effortless. In the same part of the Control Panel you are able to keep track of which e-mail accounts have the option active and which do not.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you are using a semi-dedicated server package to host your domains with us, you'll be able to easily activate the auto-responder option for any of the e-mail addresses that you make with the account. This can be done from the Emails section of our easy to use Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where one can see a list of your mailboxes. A small icon will show you which one has an enabled auto-responder and which one doesn't. To create, update or remove a message, click the matching image for the given email, enter the content that you want to use, save the changes and you'll be all set. In case you choose multiple e-mails, you're able to activate or disable the feature for them in bulk, with very little efforts.
